1. Are your products safe to use?

All our products have been lab tested to ensure they are free from any allergens and irritants for your skin. However, if you have any particular allergies, we recommend that you check the ingredients listed and consult your dermatologist.

2. Why do Indian men need different products than women?

Men’s skin is biologically different. It’s up to 25% thicker, oilier, and more prone to acne and enlarged pores compared to women. Add to that Indian weather (heat, humidity, pollution), beard growth, and unique grooming needs. That’s why Rise for Men creates formulas specifically designed for the texture, tone, and lifestyle of Indian men.

3. Do I need grooming and skincare products?

Yes! Water and soap alone don’t cut it anymore. Whether it’s oily skin, uneven tone, patchy beard, or just wanting to look fresher, grooming and skincare help you show up as the best version of you. People notice when you put more effort into your appearance, and looking good also greatly boosts your confidence.

Shopping FAQs

1. How do I place an order?
Just select your product, click "Add to Cart", and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, prepaid wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available across most pin codes in India. If it’s not available for yours, you’ll be notified at checkout.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track it directly from our "Track Order" page.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can contact our support team via email (admin@tryrise.in) or WhatsApp (+91 89899 48420) to modify or cancel it.

Returns and Refunds

1. What’s your return policy?
We offer easy returns and exchanges on our website. Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on used products. However, if your product is damaged or incorrect, we offer easy replacements.

2. How do I request a return or replacement?
Reach out to our support team via email (admin@tryrise.in) or WhatsApp (+91 89899 48420) within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

3. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer easy refunds on any products returned to us. For online payments, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
